Assessment Strategy:
Mainly through observation and questioning – Printouts may provide useful information for assessment. Feedback can be gained by clicking on the check button at the end of the labelling exercise. |

It is helpful if children have:
• constructed simple electric circuits and rectified any faults that occur
• cut and joined a variety of materials, including reclaimed materials
• learnt how the components work and used simple tools to connect these together |
