It is the responsibility of the teacher to carry out a risk assessment on each activity which is used from the exchange. Although the teacher submitting the contribution should have ensured that the activity is safe within their own circumstances, this does not guarantee the activity will be safe under all conditions.
Data Protection
This web site complies fully with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use, the contributor givesthe DCSF the right to hold and publish any information submitted by the contributor (such as name, e-mail address, school) on the Teacher Resource Exchange web site. The contributor has the right to request in writing from the Site Manager any information held about him/her on the Teacher Resource Exchange.
